Richards Middle School utilizes a School Messenger System to broadcast announcements such as PTA meetings, testing dates, and other pertinent student information. Parents will also be contacted via this system to inform them of their child's absences.

Another feature of the School Messenger System is an Information Line that may be accessed at any time by dialing 770-338-4636. Callers may access various mailboxes to receive homework details or leave a message for a teacher. Extensions are listed below.
